At House of Sabarmati, we take great care to deliver authentic and high-quality products. Please read our Return & Replacement Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. No Returns Policy

All products sold on our website are non-returnable once delivered. If a customer does not like the fragrance or the product experience, the product cannot be returned or refunded.

2. Replacement Eligibility

Replacement will be provided only in the following cases:

The customer has received a wrong product

The product is damaged during transit

The product is defective or not working upon delivery

In such cases, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images or videos of the product and packaging.

3. No Refunds for Personal Preference

Fragrance is a subjective experience. Disliking the scent, performance, or personal preference does not qualify for return, replacement, or refund.

4. Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Customers are advised to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before regular use.
If the product does not suit the customer’s skin or causes irritation, the company will not be responsible for replacement or refund.

5. Conditions for Replacement

The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Replacement requests without proper proof may be declined

Replacement will be issued only once per order

6. Final Decision

All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by House of Sabarmati. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any request after review.
